Shipping Policy


The orders are usually processed & shipped within 24-48 hours as soon as your order is registered and verified with valid prescription and order payment, you receive an automatic e-mail message. Sometimes, such notifications get into spam folders. Look for a notification there if you have not received one. We make every effort to deliver your parcels in time.

You will be notified with your shipment details as soon as your order will be shipped. All the medications you can see on our site are usually on stock.

The pharmacy can only ship as much medication as your physician prescribes for you in your prescription, according to the daily dose/directions, and up to maximum of three months supply at a time. If your order is for more than three months supply, the order will be sent in several following packages.

We ship your order to your shipping address as provided in the order. If you are not available at home at the time of delivery, a postman leaves a special notice or you need to pick the shipment from local post office.

We use to ship all orders by EMS, USPS, China Post, Australia Post, DHL or FedEx. All the shipments are mailed through Airmail that is why our shipment delivers on time.

There are two ways of shipping:

  1. Standard Shipping (5-28 days) is $10 and
  2. Express Shipping (5-15 days) is $30.

In some countries it is $59 like some African, Caribbean & European Union

Countries. So it depends on your country of shipping address. However, you will

get the shipping cost while placing your order.

You are informed that there are some possible delays at customs for which we are not responsible for. Therefore, why some parcels may arrive a bit later or earlier than expected.

You need to place new order, we are not responsible to ship you new package for free.

No one has any control on Customs process. If this happen, you’ll be informed. They ask the consignee to come and provide some required documents like prescription, Id Proof to examine the parcel. After that you should receive your products. Normally our most of the shipments get cleared from the Customs.

If your shipment returned to shipper because the consignee was not available at the time of delivery attempt, you need to pay only shipping cost. You also need to pay shipping cost if your parcel required any import duty and failure of which shipment sent back to the shipper. In rest of the cases we will reship the product free of any additional charges.
