When you will create registrations, a set of medical history & detail will be asked to understand the current status of your Medical Health. We will need a valid phone number & email address for verbal & written communication on the order before it is processed. You need to provide correct Billing & Shipping address for your every shipment. After placing order you have to provide Valid Prescription to dispense your order.

The pharmacy can only supply as much medication as your physician prescribes for you, according to the daily dose/directions, and up to maximum of three month supply at a time.

We ship to Worldwide. If there is any restriction on import of medicine in customer’s country we do not ship to them like some EU countries, Gulf countries, and few African countries.

We do not dispense prescription medications without Valid Prescription. You have to provide prescription for your prescription medications.

After placing your order, you need to Login your account to check the status. Every updates status will be posted into your Account. Alternatively, you can drop an email or call us to know the order status. However you will be notified with your order status at every level of dispensing process.

After your first order, all you have to do is give us a call us 1800 XXX XXX OR send us email at info@MedsPRN.com to refill your previous order with order number OR place a new order of same medication online. You can simply forward your previous order copy to us with confirmation to refill that order for next required supply.

We do not sell or dispense Narcotics or Controlled medicines. It is illegal to sell Narcotic or Controlled substances through the mail.

We accept Order Payment through Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, E-Checks, & Bank/Wire Transfer, Bank Check / Money Order & Western Union Money Transfer.

Standard shipping (5-28 days) is $30 and Express Shipping (5-15 days) is $49. In some countries it is $99 like some African, Caribbean & European Union Countries. So it depends on your country of shipping address.

The expiry date is mentioned on each blister pack. It is different for different batches. Normally we offer with at least 1 year expiry from the date of manufacturing. However, we dispense medicine with at-least 2 years of expiration.

We have our dispensing pharmacy is in India, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, thus the orders will be processed and sent out from these places.

No one has any control on Customs. If this happen, you’ll be informed. They ask the consignee to come and provide some required documents like prescription, Id Proof to examine the shipment. After that you can receive your products. Normally our most of the shipments get cleared from the Customs.

In this situation you need to immediately contact us via call or email and inform us to change the correct shipping address in written form. But this should be done before the order shipped from pharmacy.

To avoid such situations you are advised to check every detail like Billing & Shipping Address, medication strength & quantity before you submit your order online.

The market prices, manufacturer prices, and currency exchange rates are constantly fluctuate, which affects the prices of the drugs we offer.

We will process you order as soon as we receive your Valid prescription for the ordered medicine and order payment.

If your shipment returned to shipper because the consignee was not available at the time of delivery attempt, you need to pay only shipping cost. You also need to pay shipping cost if your parcel required any import duty and failure of which shipment sent back to the shipper. In rest of the cases we will reship the product free of any additional charges.

In this case you need to contact us and notify the matter with images of the shipment. We will reship your order without any additional cost. You are advised to do not use any damaged or broken sealed medicine. If your order is for more than three month supply, the order will be sent in several packages.

We are open Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm EST and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm, Sunday Weekly Holiday.

Similar to any online pharmacy, dispensed products cannot be returned. But you can return your medication for which you need to contact us via phone call or email to know the shipping address to return your medicines.

We offer Return Service so that we can destroy the medicine in proper method to protect the safety of other customers. However, once a prescription or non-prescription drug has been dispensed, it cannot be returned.

Please Note: There will be no refund if the delivered medicine is returned.

At this time, we do not accept any insurance claim. However, we can provide you detailed list of purchased medication so that you can make a direct claim from your insurer.
