If you received damaged or defective medication or the company shipped the incorrect product we will resend your order free of cost. In this case you need to contact us immediately and notify the matter with actual images of the shipment. We will reship your order without any additional cost.
You are advised to do not use any damaged, incorrect or broken sealed medicine.
Be informed that the return of medications is strictly prohibited by International rules.
Similar to any online pharmacy, dispensed products cannot be returned. But you can return your medication for which you need to contact us via phone call or email to know the shipping address to return your medicines.
We offer Return Service so that we can destroy the medicine in proper method to protect the safety of other customers. However, once a prescription or non-prescription drug has been dispensed, it cannot be returned.
All prescription medication returns are destroyed in compliance with FDA regulations.
