Term Of Use

Here are the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) of sale between MedsPRN.com (the Pharmacy) and you (the “Customer”) for products and services (the “Products”) offered for sale by MedsPRN.com. By placing an order for Products, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

1. I understand that MedsPRN.com will only arrange and provide medications that has prescribed to me by my physician after physical consultation. No medicine will be provided by MedsPRN.com without valid prescription. I also understand that no controlled or narcotics medications will be provided.
2. Physician Examination. The Customer has personally attended, has a physical examination and has received a prescription from a duly licensed practitioner within the last 12 months and does not require an additional physical examination.
3. Prescription Required. MedsPRN.com will not dispense or process any order without valid prescription prescribed by a verified physician. MedsPRN.com can hold or cancel any order to process without valid prescription of ordered medications.
4. Attorney Power. The Customer shall authorize and appoint the Pharmacy as its attorney and agent, to take all steps, sign all documents and to act on its behalf as if the customer was personally present and act for itself for the limited purposes like obtaining a valid prescription for any prescription which the Customer had sent to Meds.PRN.com, packaging the order and delivering them to the customer.
5. Orders/Prices/Payment Terms. MedsPRN.com may act on behalf of the pharmacy to collect order information and order payment. The prices of the Products available on MedsPRN.com will be the final price set for the sale at the time of placing any order. Prices of all products listed on website shall be subject to change anytime without further notice. Payment for the Order may be made by a Credit Card, Wire Transfer, PayPal, Personal Cheque, Money Order or Western Union Transfer. All orders will be processed and shipped only after receipt of order payment and valid prescription.
6. Shipping Charges & Taxes. Shipping charges will be applied for every order shipment and to be paid by the customers. The customer is responsible for any kind of taxes associated with the Order. In case of any Import Duty on shipment charged by destination Custom will be paid by the customers.
7. Privacy /Return & Refund Policy. The Customer shall provide their personal & health information to MedsPRN.com while submitting their order on MedsPRN.com. MedsPRN.com may use such information as described in our Privacy Policy published on the website. MedsPRN.com reserves the right to amend its Privacy, Return & Refund Policy from time to time by posting the updated policy on its website. The Customer agrees to review the Privacy Policy before placing any order.
8. Force Majeure. MedsPRN.com shall not be responsible for delay in shipment delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, it includes Destination Custom Process System, Bad Weather conditions and delays of Air Mail (Cargo Flight), Delay in Co-ordination between Customer and Custom Process and Lost of Shipments. MedsPRN.com shall not be responsible for notifying the customer in such delays. However, we will try to inform of such status to customer on time. Customer shall be solely responsible for alternate arrangements their medicine to be used before the delivery.
9. Consent. I hereby confirm that I am 18 years old and I am fully competent to make my own health care decisions. I am aware of the side ef­fects and/or problems associated with ordered medications. I agree to provide my correct health & Medical history while placing my order.
10. Acknowledge. By placing an order with MedsPRN.com, the Customer has read, understands and accept the terms and conditions for sale as set out herein.

I certify that I am ‘over 18 years’ and I am under the supervision of a doctor. The ordered medication is for my own personal use and is strictly not meant to re-sale. I also accept that I am taking the medicine at my own risk and that I am duly aware of all the effects and side effects of the medicine.

Please Note: Generally the shipment delivers within 2 weeks but in some rare cases specially due to Custom Process, the shipment may takes up to 4 weeks to deliver.
